The Greedy Hamster was created from a long shared passion for environments that foster great friendships, relationships, and memories. We’re are here to serve some of the city’s best small plates and cocktails while you enjoy the warmth and company in our historic space. Owners Jim Askins and Tay Wilbanks combined all of the things they loved about their favorite bars and restaurants and transformed them into their own bistro/cocktail bar.
